Stylish All-American Citroen DS Break at the Lane Museum

Posted on Apr 7, 2014 by in The Lane Museum. |

The Lane Automotive Museum in Nashville is a find. I happened upon it by accident, driving past on my way to brunch. The collection is in the hundreds and mostly unique European and even Eastern European cars. There are plenty of hand-made one-offs, bikes and oddball inventions. But to me, the collection of European cars was a showstopper. They had dozens of Citroens there as well as my other favorite car, the Tatra. It’s probably the only place in the country where you can see so many of these cars in one place. I paid a little extra and toured the basement with just as many cars as there are in main exhibit. I ended up hanging around an hour past the tour to teach the guide everything I knew about Citroens. A great place to see if you’re ever in Nashville.
